Founder

Justin Blaschke brings a combination of executive financial leadership, operational experience, and a relationship-driven approach to business advisory.

A United States Marine Corps veteran and former Chief Financial Officer in the oil and gas services industry, Justin understands the challenges business owners face when balancing profitability, cash flow, operational demands, and long-term growth.

His professional experience has provided firsthand exposure to the decisions that determine whether businesses merely generate revenue or create lasting financial value. Throughout his career, Justin has worked closely with business owners, operational leaders, and financial teams to evaluate performance, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions.

With an MBA and a background spanning financial management, business operations, and leadership, Justin founded Rooted Strategic Partners to bring that experience directly to small and growing businesses.
